XCMG's All Terrain Crane QAY130

Founded in 1989, XCMG is a successful Chinese multinational manufacturer of heavy machinery. Currently, XCMG ranks 5th in the construction machinery industry in the whole world and 2nd among the top 100 enterprises in Chinese manufacturing industry. The company has a global marketing network that covers every corner on the Earth, so the XCMG products are exported to over 150 countries and regions around the world. One machine of its comprehensive product line that has gained the attention of many people involved in the construction industry is the XCMG's all terrain crane QAY130.

The all terrain crane is a mobile crane, able to travel at speed on public roads and rough surfaces at any job site, using crab and all-wheel steering. The all terrain crane QAY130 by XCMG is a perfect example of a great all terrain crane, a unique combination of road-ability and maneuverability.
The QAY130 is a new generation all terrain crane that offers high-performance, as it is designed using the most advanced crane technologies and developed with advanced design idea and techniques. Despite its beautiful design and compact structure, the QAY130 offers much more. This all terrain crane has a maximum lifting load of 130 tons and a maximum lifting height of 70 meters. Also, its maximum traveling speed is 76 km/h.

In the process of manufacturing, many technical problems in the industry have been settled, which later were applied in this all terrain crane, including a computer integrated control, a hydro-pneumatic suspension, a single cylinder interlock automatic telescoping system and all wheel steering. In terms of machine performance, this led to an incredibly advanced level of the all terrain crane. The all terrain crane QAY130 features a Cummins engine which provides a maximum power of 324 kW and a maximum torque of 2100 N.m.

The main boom of the QAY130 can be from 13 up to 50 meters long, while the length of the jib varies from 12 up to 20 meters. For increased stability, this all terrain crane features outriggers that take up to 8 meters. Through many technical optimization and upgrades, not only the single cylinder interlock automatic telescoping system was developed, but the current unique technologies and features were perfected in material application and machine process innovation.
